All I want to say is this.
If you have gone bust. Big Deal. At least we know, and become wiser in the future. Most Businessmen I have met have went bust several times before striking it right.
Again, we are not asking for our money back, nor do we want you to work to your bone repaying us all. Just Communication as to the status of what is actually going on?

Since we all agree that it is dead shares, does the total of all shares add up to over 51%? If so, we can combine all our shares and install a new CEO to liqudate assets

Well, Forum scamming is not allowed, and if Countess really is escrowing lots of stuff, is that anything CCP can do to prevent someone scamming in the future via eve forums?
EDIT: Does CCP have to power to install one of us as a Director if we combine shares so we can see the wallet of GSPX?

Well, All I want to see is the wallet of GSPX so I know who to point my lasers to now that Macro Media is podded. This was a scam started via the forums and I am surpised COuntess did not get at least a week's ban for breaking the EULA with respect to forum usage.

$$$ are protected since people can sue CCP, as forums are their property. However the ELUA stats that forums cannot be used for scamming, and Countess broke the rules.... with no penelty. Does that mean anyone can run fake auctions etc and blaitently scam people with no respect to the EULA? Is a forum ban not in order at least?
But ultimatly, in the past, if you had shares you could start a vote. not anymore. But if someone were to combine all the shares to make up 51% and perhaps a GM starts a vote, since its an abandoned corp anyway, then we may be able to see the wallet transactions and know who to shoot. I mean, we could have done that without any probs a few months ago, but not anymore as shareholders cannot start votes now.
